School is absolutely amazing. I have the best AP Lit class ever, with all of my new friends and an amazing teacher. We just finished The Handmaid's Tale (one of my favorites) and One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest (not my favorite, but our activities for it were fun.)
Gym is actually a class I really enjoy. I shouldn't think it's so much fun to run. Math is simple as crap, easy as that. And Latin...
I LOVE LATIN. I am currently one of the worst Latin nerds ever. Latin III is looking like it's going to be a complete cinch. It's always the odd years of languages that rock.
Yeah, I miss ASL, but I have Brant in my lunch and my ASL teacher is willing to work with me to help me prepare for my interview with Gallaudet. (If I apply. Which I might. Which I will. Might.)
I've been flirting with both a guy named Johnny and ******, and someone definitely called me out on it. (On the plus side, both of them were just like, "Keep doing it, I'm game.") SO.
All in all, very productive-looking year.
But I wish I was still at my old school.
But this year rocks.
It's looking to be a very good year for comedy writing, so check around and I'll start getting back into the habit of dA instead of just pressing the 'Delete - All' button. (We're all guilty of it.)
CHALLENGE
Bet you've missed these. ;D
In English, there are a small number of words that have meanings that are complete opposites. 'Trim' can mean cutting excess or adding on.
Give me an example, no matter how outlandish. You can stretch it as much as you want.
(Mine were stationary and remote.)

"Dust" means to remove dust or to add dust. XD
Another is "refrain". To refrain from singing would mean to stop, but the refrain of a song is the part that repeats.

And then the other doesn't count because I take stupid-people math, Algebra III, because I'm honestly incompetent, but it turned out to be simple. ;D
So really it's just Latin and Lit.

I hate math overall. I managed to get to pre-calculus, but I got out of the class as fast as I could.
Latin and Lit sound fun. Why are you taking only four classes? Don't normal high schools demand like 5 or 6 or something like that?
