As many of you know, I have a severe case of Interstitial Cystitis of the kidneys and PKD, or Polycystic Kidney Disease. On an average day, I am a 4-5 in pain out of 10, and I take daily pain medication to help manage this.

Unfortunately, if I am ever so unlucky to contract a UTI or a kidney infection, it overwhelms my already shaky bean-organs and shuts them down almost entirely. Think this sounds funny? Try peeing black septic sludge and sweating lemons.

For the past three days, I've been at a constant pain level of over twelve. I can't keep any food down, I have nightmares when I sleep, and the sight of water makes me start to cry. I've already had IV antibiotics and almost had to stay the night at the hospital, and I've missed days of work and school.

I'm sorry if I've been distant or loopy or depressed or snappy, but right now I'm in more pain than I've ever been in my entire life and it's not going away.

Please wish me luck. I've been crying and crying and I'll regret this later, but I really want to just complain a bit more about how much my life sucks.

I am so dead.

My pain level has reached ten, eleven, twelve, thirteen, fourteen, and fifteen. Even moving is painful. Already upped my pain meds and they did nothing but made me sleep for over thirteen hours in a row.

AND NOW I HAVE A FEVER. D8< I don't know if it's related to my kidney pain, but if it is, I'm so screwed because we can't go to the doctor.

Ughhhhh. Start writing my eulogy.

ADDENDUM: FEVER IS GONE, STILL FEEL LIKE CRAP. WOULD KILL TO WATCH SOME EPISODES OF MY LIFE AS A TEENAGE ROBOT. I'M GOING TO BED.
